Pirate Hack

Pirate Hack is a tile-based colour-switching game where players have to fill the map with as many tiles in their colour as possible, all while contending with enemies attempting to seize control. The game draws inspiration from the world of space pirates, embodying the essence of hacking as players strategically navigate and manipulate the tiles. Periodically, hostile enemies emerge, seeking to override the player's control and disrupt their progress by exploding existing paths. Players can strategically place paths to guide their movement and thwart enemies by colliding with them. Part of the 'Game a Week' series.

In this project, the aspect of code that I'm particularly proud of is the enemy behaviour. Explained below in the gallery.
